LARGER OR SMALLER TAILGATE?
Amongst the various possible configurations, in addition to the 2.8 mᶾ tailgate (HT), there is also the 2.2 mᶾ (LT): the ideal solution for rearsteer vehicles operating in tight spaces. Not only does the LT tailgate reduce the rear overhang, it improves axle loadings.
HIGH TIPPING POINT
A solution designed with the utmost attention to service needs. The particularly low loading level makes easier the manual loading for the operators, whilst the high tipping point of the binlift ensures a larger hopper and minimal chance of spillage.
The lowering and lifting movement can be easily operated with a hydraulic or pneumatic control system.
SAFE AND STRONG
The proportional hydraulic system ensures optimized BINLIFT movement by accelerating only when needed and slowing down during picking up and repositioning of containers. Thanks to this feature, bins are protected, extending their useful life. The automatic hydraulic clamping of the containers is well structured and guarantees a secure grip before the tipping phase, the control panel in the cab allows real-time equipment operation diagnostics and the position of the binlift controls allows the operator to work close to the container handling area but in total safety.
