The Azimut compaction system consists of a hydraulically operated articulated single-blade. The carriage is actuated by a pair of double-acting cylinders, with alternating rectilinear movement on guides outside the body to avoid contact with the waste. The blade, hinged to the carriage, is actuated by a second pair of double-acting cylinders, with alternating rotary movement.
The food waste vehicle binlift is of the “double rotation” type. To avoid the spillage of slurry, the bin is first hooked, then raised and finally rotated to empty the waste inside the body of the equipment. The speed of the cycle can be optimised by means of the proportional distributor to enable smooth operation of the equipment.
